Musician Lloyiso surprised the crowd when he performed at the Soirée by Stella Artois Lovers’ Edition, encouraging fans to start singing along to his famous tunes.
Lloyiso wasn’t on the line-up but having previously performed at the Soirée by Stella Artois Lovers’ Edition, his performance was welcomed by devoted fans.
The event featured a star-studded line-up, including captivating performances by Amanda Black, Tresor, Khuli Chana, Langa Mavuso, Nanette, Fif_laaa, Odessa, and DJ, Sumthin Brown.
In its third year, The Soirée by Stella Artois Lovers’ Edition pulled all the stops, delivering an event that showed organizers did proper planning.
Johannesburg’s rainy weather threatened to put a damper on the event held at the Toadbury Hotel, organisers, however, made sure that guests would be dry if the rain returned which thankfully didn’t.
Hosting an event, yearly often has organizers wondering what they can do better and this year organizers made sure that there was plenty for the lovers to do.
Guests participated in the Draft Masterclass, learning the craft of pouring the “perfect serve,” while the exclusive pop-up grooming lounge, hosted by actor and entrepreneur Thapelo Mokoena, offered a moment of indulgence.
Through his Bakoena Brands, Mokoena welcomed guests into his world of self-care, sharing his philosophy: “If you take care of yourself, you can give more to others.”
Culinary experiences were designed for sharing, with curated menus featuring delights such as bao buns and dim sum, fresh seafood from The Prawnery, ribs and wings from The Wing Republic, and a specially curated Tasting Table by Mpho Phalane of Food, I Love You.
