Musa Mseleku, the well-known polygamist and star of the reality show, “Uthando neS’thembu”, is beaming with pride following a recent act of bravery shown by his son, Mpumelelo “Sibindi” Mseleku.
Sibindi allegedly shot and killed an armed intruder, who entered their house in Kwamadla, South Coast, recently.
According to online reports, police in KwaZulu-Natal have confirmed that an inquest has been opened following the fatal shooting incident.
The police report confirm that the intruder, aged 25, reportedly entered the residential property armed, demanding to see one of Musa’s sons.
Apparently, the confrontation escalated when a staff member raised the alarm, prompting Sibindi to confront the intruder.
Reports say that the intruder was shot four times.
Police spokesperson Colonel Robert Netshiunda revealed that the staff member was performing her duties when the suspect forced his way in.

“He demanded to see her employer’s son. The woman screamed for help; her employer’s son responded to her call for help and shot the man,” Netshiunda is quoted in online reports.
While police have confirmed that an investigation is underway, no further details regarding the shooting or the motives of the suspect have been disclosed.
