Ashley Ogle's eviction from the “Big Brother Mzansi” house sparked intense speculation among fans, with many questioning whether her exit was genuine or a clever twist from “Biggie”.

Last Monday night, on February 10, "Big Brother" surprised housemates and viewers with a sudden eviction. Ashley Ogle was evicted from Big Brother Mzansi after a tie-breaking vote by Swiss, the Head of House.

The eviction followed the Head of House games, where Swiss won the challenge. Housemates were then instructed to vote for a fellow contestant they wanted to evict. Ashley and Nsuku each received four votes. Swiss, as Head of House, had to break the tie and chose to evict Ashley, saving Nsuku.

Viewers were left scrambling to piece together the reasons behind Ashley's abrupt exit, with some speculating that it’s fake.

However, all doubts have been laid to rest, as Ashley’s exit from the show was officially confirmed during her exit interview with host, Smash Afrika on Sunday night’s eviction show.

Sunday night's eviction show took an unexpected turn as no housemates were eliminated, leaving the contestants breathing a sigh of relief.

Instead, the show featured an intimate conversation between host Smash Africa and recently evicted housemate Ashley. Additionally, Smash Africa took the time to engage with the remaining housemates, asking questions sent in by curious viewers.

During the interview, Ashley opened up about her relationship with “boyfriend” Sweet Guluva inside the house. When asked by Smash Afrika if their relationship was real or just part of a strategy for the game, she said it was real.

“I was a hundred percent myself in the house, so it was a real thing,” she said. She added that it will continue even outside the house.

Reflecting on her time in the house, Ashley shared her thoughts on her fellow housemates. She revealed that she would like to maintain her relationships with KayB and Sweet Guluva outside of the house and that she would avoid Savage, a fellow housemate who was one of the first to leave the house because they did not have anything in common or interact much.

As Ashley exited the stage, she was met with an outpouring of love and support from fans in the audience.

Despite her eviction, Ashley's popularity is evident as fans continue to show her love even outside the “Big Brother” Mzansi house, giving her gifts, including flowers, money and a heartfelt chart commemorating her time in the house with fellow housemate “Sweet Guluva”.
