You’ve probably stopped working out and started eating whatever you want because it’s December, right?

Well, that’s okay, but if still want to pursue your body goals without going to the gym, you can do that at home with little to no equipment.

For most girls, having a snatched waist is important, especially for tight clothes like bodycon dresses.

Ashley Rogers, head instructor at Reform Pilates LA, has the best pilates moves to help you achieve that toned, defined waist.

"The exercises are a game changer when it comes to targeting your waistline. They engage your obliques and core in ways that deliver fast results,” she explained.

For a slim waist, she suggests the following pilates moves:

  • Side plank (with controlled movement)
  • Side plank (with leg lifts)
  • Side plank (with elbow to knee tucks)
  • Twisted forearm plank (with a saw to crunch)

Not only that, they also help tighten your glutes while keeping the whole body active and rejuvenated.

“These dynamic exercises are designed to engage your core, target your obliques, and shape your waistline — getting you that snatched look in no time,” she added.
