Ferrari has launched its 2012 official range of calendars in South Africa with two sizes - each sporting different themes - on offer to fans.
The larger format, which is 70cm by 50cm large, is themed "Ferrari Myth" and presents all the new Gran Turismo cars as well as rare Ferrari classics from private collections. It's the 28th such edition and just 5000 numbered copies will be made available worldwide. Local Tifosi can expect to pay R1000 for the calendar and R150 for domestic postage.
A 60cm by 42cm edition is themed "Rosso Corsa" and targeted at Formula One fans. It's the official Scuderia Ferrari calendar and promises an inside look at the current team and drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa.
Three of the top photographers in motorsport - Paul-Henri Cahier, Darren Heath and Rainer Schlegelmilch - captured the images. Ferrari promises buyers of this edition "the heat of competition and the fighting spirit of Ferrari vividly brought to life".
