Sharks need stability to thrive

Former Sharks coach Sean Everitt says the Durban team will succeed if they focus on the commodity he did not always have — stability in the ranks of the players and coaching staff. Everitt was sacked by the Sharks after a Currie Cup-strength team lost heavily to Cardiff 18 months ago but he has gone on to enjoy success with Edinburgh, who were in town last week and lost 22-12.
