Pavilion Shopping Centre or The Pav as it's called by its beloved community is gifting KwaZulu-Natal families an unforgettable festive season - with a full programme of completely free entertainment, activities and holiday magic from December 6 until Christmas Eve.

The Pav continues to champion proudly local fashion favourites including Bathu, GALXBOY, Era by DJ Zinhle, and SanHair, alongside global icons such as Steve Madden, Under Armour, H&M, Zara, Typo, Cotton On, iStore and the list goes on.

The Pavilion shopping centre has a host of activities for the whole family this festive season.

The Pav’s free festive line-up includes:

  • Carnival of Joy (December 12–24, Main Fountain Court) which is a festive, colourful family activation with:
    • Stage shows at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm
    • A variety of Carnival themed games to keep the little ones entertained for hours
    • Creative Corner including bauble-making, festive crafts & a colouring wall
    • Doughnut decorating with Krispy Kreme
    • Spend & Win booth: Simply spend R500 or more, and enter the daily draws to win amazing prizes
  • Photos with Santa (December 11–24) On the Cinema Level, opposite Under Armour. An opportunity for families to create memories and capture special moments with Santa.
  • Gift-wrapping stations (CSI) (December 12–24: Complimentary wrapping stations supporting St Martin’s Children’s Home.
  • Rooftop weekend activations (Fridays to Sundays): Including balloon sculpting, bubble experiences, stilt walkers and more.

The centre will also have extended festive trading hours:

December 12–23: 9am–10pm

December 24: 9am–7pm

December 26–31: 9am–7pm

December 25 & January 1: Voluntary trade
