Another study from Stanford University found a company's production can rise by 3% to 4% if commute time is reduced to only two days per week. "When they don't need to be in an office, employees have realised they've been wasting time commuting.” says Mark Dixon, IWG's founder and CEO. Companies also recognise the benefits of hybrid models.
