KwaZulu-Natal Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) detectives, working with Madadeni police, arrested the doctor at his workplace for allegedly sexually assaulting four of his female patients at a hospital in Madadeni between August 2025 and April 2026.
According to authorities, the suspect allegedly touched the victims inappropriately and forced some to perform sexual acts. The alleged victims reported the matter to a whistleblower, who alerted police anonymously.
FCS detectives acted on the information, and after the victims formally opened cases, an investigation led to the suspect’s arrest.
Police said additional charges could be added if more victims come forward.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Madadeni Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
